Gary S. Moriarty, AIA, NCARB

Mr. Moriarty is a licensed architect with experience providing real estate development, planning, architecture and construction services for a variety of private and public-sector clients, capital improvement projects and programs. This experience includes:

• Served as Director of Strategic Growth and Client Development for a professional services division of a national construction company.

• Served as Regional Business Development Manager for one of the nation’s largest builders as well as serving as the student housing task force leader and P3 subject matter expert.

• Served as regional manager for a full-service planning, design and construction company.

• Created and managed a design build division for a real estate development company.

• Created a new sector focused on the emerging public private partnership (P3) market in North America.

• Provided architectural/planning and development consulting services for a variety of public and private sector projects.

• Served as practice leader for education projects.

Gary’s experience includes providing a variety of services for private sector projects and real estate developments in the Midwest and Southwestern United States.
