Gary S. Moriarty, AIA, NCARB is a licensed architect, strategic advisor, and business development executive with more than four decades of experience spanning architecture, real estate development, capital program delivery, and infrastructure strategy.

 

He is recognized for helping public- and private-sector organizations navigate complex capital initiatives by aligning planning, procurement, delivery, risk management, and long-term asset performance.

Throughout his career, Gary has held senior leadership roles across advisory, architecture, development, construction, and program management organizations, including Swinerton, AECOM, Parsons, 3D/International, Kitchell, gkkworks, and his own firms, Moriarty Architects and Moriarty Advisory.

 

A recognized specialist in public-private partnerships and alternative delivery, he has advised initiatives across the United States and Canada and supported public owners, developers, and executive teams evaluating complex infrastructure and social facility investments.
